What are mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets are sent directly to your mobile phone after the order is confirmed, and/or you can download the tickets from an app or website sent to you. You will need to show the tickets, from your mobile phone, to enter your event.
Will the seats I purchase be together?
Yes, the tickets you purchase will be seated together. The only exceptions are tickets which are clearly marked in the Notes that they are not seated together.
How do I know once my order is confirmed?
You will receive email to notify you that your order has been confirmed by the seller of the tickets. That typically happens within a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email.
Will I get a refund if my event is cancelled?
Yes, if the event you purchase is cancelled completely then you will receive a refund on your order.
Will I get a refund if my event is postponed?
No, you will not receive a refund on a postponed event. The tickets you purchased can be used for the rescheduled date.
Are you the box office?
No, Do Country is not the official box office, venue or promoter. The tickets offered for sale here are priced, listed and fulfilled by the ticket seller. That seller may be listing those tickets at a price that is higher than the face value on the tickets.
